Located at the entrance to the city and close to the arterial roads, in a quiet street of an administrative district, 5 minutes walk from the quays and the Place des Cocotiers. Well exposed (East), airy and bright. The terrace overlooks an unobstructed view and the pretty garden of Maison Higginson (cultural space). The 35 m2 apartment, refurbished, has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.

Charming unit near the beach

1 bedroom & bathroom unit located in a small building, (level 2). Fully furnished kitchen. Very convenient location, a short stroll (approx400m) to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars, aquarium… Ouen Toro trail is located at the top of the street, you can start running/walking into the dry forest, the public swimming pool is very close too! Bus to the city operates just one street below our unit which is convenient to go to the fresh market to get fish, fruit & veg, souvenirs as well
