Holiday rentals with beach access in Nouvelle-Aquitaine

We had a very good stay, apparently quiet and pleasant, all comforts!

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated with a splendid ocean view. We particularly appreciated the immediate proximity of the beach, the restaurants in the area and all this on foot. Very well equipped with high-end equipment, nothing was missing. The bedding was very comfortable. The little extra was in the amenities with a Japanese-style washing toilet. Being able to park your vehicle within the residence is a very appreciable plus because the places are limited around and very popular. The cellar was very convenient for storing our bikes safely. Alexis was a remarkable support by the detail of the arrival and departure procedures and by his responsiveness to all our questions. For a possible future stay in Hossegor, we will certainly return to Olivier.

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

When you open the door, you discover the beauty of the place. Very well decorated, down to the smallest details. Everything you need is provided Beautiful terrace Air conditioning Good bedding in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room In short, we are delighted to have spent 1 night in this beautiful accommodation.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We came to spend a weekend with our dog in Stéphane's house. The house is very well located, very clean and well equipped! The warm welcome from the host counts a lot, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks again!

The house is really perfect for a break from everyday life with friends, ideally located and very well furnished. It is clear that the construction of the house was done with the well-being of future vacationers in mind. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, even without having seen the otters! We had the chance to meet Gertjan who is really nice and available, and we had Helena by message who is just as nice and responsive. We will come back without hesitation!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Rémi and Aline were fantastic hosts! Very responsive and friendly. They also made us feel incredibly welcome at their beautiful villa. They made certain that we have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I recommend their place highly!!

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bicycles are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hyper-functional apartment with breathtaking views of the Arcachon basin. Nicolas was very welcoming, available, with a lot of information about the places to see around the basin and a lot of humor. I recommend this apartment to those who want to enjoy the Arcachon basin.

Great loft a few steps away from the main street, restaurants, boulangerie, and the main surfing beach. Perfect for longer stays. The parking spot is a convenient bonus. The place is very well-designed, super clean, and fully equipped with top quality appliances and furnishing. Wifi worked really well. Jean-Louis is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well equipped. Magnificent view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and meals outside. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.
