O "Loft" tem cerca cerca de 50 metros quadrados, decoração estilo "vintage oriental" com uma grande janela com vista para um lindo jardim do andar térreo. A sala de jantar está separada do quarto por uma estante antiga (vermelha) vazada .A cama de casal é em estilo oriental e fica apenas 5 cm do chão.

Easy to reach location, with bus stop in front and subway nearby. If you arrive on time that you cannot be there, the keys will be available at the cashier of Ipiranga station. There's no air conditioning, no stove, no parking.

THE LOFT IS PERFECT! I felt at home, super comfortable, clean and pleasant! Alain is always helpful, answering some questions and indicating several places to visit in the great Belo Horizonte! The building's concierge is always quick to open the main door, a super safe place! The view of the sunrise is beautiful, all the kitchen equipment works, TV, air conditioning, in short… it's THE PERFECT PLACE! I will definitely return more often, congratulations to the host for the care and kindness shown to the guests!

Really beautiful place. Had full amenities, and is right next to the "lazer" section which has a full gym, pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop with amazing views. The view from the balcony is incredible. The neighborhood is nice. There is a grocery store across the street and some cafes around. It is also pretty close to the Mercado Central and Mercado Novo which are good tourist spots. Roger and Gabriel are great hosts and very receptive. Gabriel personally toured me around the building when I arrived. I really enjoyed my stay.
