Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Noyack

We had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Great spaces indoors and out to hang out, walkable to one of our favorite wineries, other wineries & restaurants close by. Appreciated having a tandem kayak to use & explore Goose Creek. Enjoyed watching birds, including Baltimore oriole parents in a nest in the backyard. Would return again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The master suite is huge and the bathroom is dreamy. We didn’t really use the backyard bc it was winter but it was great for our pup! Kitchen was small but did the job (no microwave). We had issues with streaming on the “guest” accounts but we always travel with our own firestick so we were fine. The beds were super comfortable (firm memory foam type) but it was quite bright in the upstairs bedrooms in the morning bc several of the windows had no covering so if you need a blackout situation for little ones pack accordingly. We were able to put the provided pack and play in the closet which was fine for us! We would definitely recommend and return!

great stay in great location in sag harbor. we had a toddler and a senior with our family and the space was pitch perfect for all of us. a very special place and we’re so glad we picked molly’s place. hope to stay here again soon!

This is the second time we stayed at Kim’s. It was another pleasant experience. Kim is responsive and easy-going. Her home is welcoming and very dog-friendly. We love that Kim has beach access and it is walking distance. The convenience of her home being close to Southampton and Sag Harbor restaurants and shops is a plus. Thanks for having us, Kim. We had a wonderful stay with my family! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The check-in process was easy and communication was clear and prompt. Anisha and Rob are great host, very friendly and responsive. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The house is spacious. I really appreciated how well the place was maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Southampton!

Jason was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had while staying on Shelter Island. The location is great - easy walk from the North Ferry and central to great restaurants. Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Jason!

It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

patti was so kind and welcoming! check in and check out was smooth and made easy with how communicative patti and her co host lily were. the room was perfect for two people and incredibly clean. had everything we needed. Pattis recommendations for food and activities were great and although the weather wasnt amazing the bay beach being so close was so convenient for a nice walk :) Would definitely come back given the opportunity!

Superb studio. Everything you need/nothing you don't. House/apt is on a residential road but close to a busy State road thoroughfare, so occasionally a tad noisy but not intrusively so. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

You can not beat this location - quiet private beach right across the street, nice pool and about a 20 minute walk to town or super short car ride. The place is clean, as pictured and John was great to deal with. Will definitely be back!
