Condo #203. Balcony overlooks the water. My rates reflect the fact my interior needs updates. But comfy. 2nd floor. No elevator. Primary bedroom with King size bed and spacious bathroom, and work space area, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds top twin bottom Queen/full size and additional twin. 2nd bathroom is a Common bathroom. Fireplace, Pool and hot tub for all to enjoy. Bring your boat this condo has a boat slip! Bring kayaks or paddle boards this property is on a canal. Beaches are 6-8 mins. drive.

Howdy! Our vacation beach king bed suite is on the north Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. We are right on the canal and ground floor. No steps! Enjoy fishing from our private back porch and shared fishing docks. Beautiful water view at the updated Swimming pool and hot tub. One king bed in the bedroom, Daybed with a trundle & one queen sofa bed in the living room. Close to the beach and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. Come and enjoy this beach paradise.
