Holiday rentals with beach access in Nueva Andalucía

We loved our three-month stay in Marbella in this beautiful apartment located next to the Los Naranjos golf club and an hour's walk from Puorto Banus (very pleasant journey we did regularly) or 10 minutes by car. This apartment is very large, modern, recently renovated, tastefully furnished, very clean and well-equipped for long stays. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment has indoor parking but it is also very easy to park outside. A favorite guaranteed!. Carmen is the perfect host. His warm welcome, his many touches and advice to make us live an unforgettable experience. She ensured our comfort throughout our stay in addition to answering all our questions very quickly. If we are lucky enough to come back, it is certain that this apartment will be our first choice. Muchas gracias Carmen . 🤩

Lovely apartment, and lovely host. Apartment was nice,clean, and just like the photos and the host Lola was very friendly and responsive. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Thank you, Ian ! Everything was great! The apartment was clean and has 2 terraces with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was dotated with everything you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine , oven. Tha bathrooms , one big and one smaller with hair dryer. Comfortable bad mattress. Even though there are terraces downstairs, you can't hear the noise from the apartment. We was with our daughter and she sleeps very well. Close to the beach, only 3-5 min walking. We will return here soon!

The apartment is absolutely stunning! Much better than the pictures! The whole house was so clean and smells amazing! Absolutely in love with this apartment. Location 10/10 The beds are the best, so so so comfortable, had the best sleep I’ve had in years at night ahaha The pool area and the view are also beautiful And the host been so so nice to us and helpful, really appreciate! Would definitely come back again!

Very good apartment super near the beach and old town area with loads of good coffee spots and restaurants around. Transports are also really easy.

Great apartment in a central location for bars and restaurants. Apartment lovely clean and modern. Very good communication with host from the minute we booked to arrival,always very responsive.Would definitely book here again if we went back to Marbella.

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

Excellent Villa with everything we needed. 5 mins to the beech. 10 mins to the local supermarket, excellent host who showed us around and even got us some shopping in so we could get unpacked quickly. 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus helped us get our steps up, and plenty of beech bars along the way. overall very pleased with our stay. Ideal location for visiting the old town of Marbella. Nice garden in front. Ground floor accommodation, so a little dark. The staircase leading to the terrace is steep, so it requires an agile audience. But when you can go up there, it's very pleasant Morning and evening in the cool!

Highly recommend this villa and Nacho was a brilliant host. Can’t fault anything about the place.

A nice place to stay.

We stayed for 3 nights during may. Lovely weather, lovely house, lovely backyard. The house is beautiful, the linen felt like new, the kitchen is very spacious, the living room is very cozy. Only issue is we did spot a cockroach, which is understandable for a warm city. Beach is not so pretty but very private.

A very nice apartment prefect for couples with lots to do in Calahonda and short taxi rides to the surrounding areas, great private roof with great facilities.

Susana is very kind and friendly person! Her property is located at the best location at Puerto Banus in Marbella. Very stylish and tidy flat with a lovely big garden and swimming pools. I definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Jose’s place in Marbella! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and perfectly located. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Jose was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips that really helped us make the most of our time in Marbella. The house was elegant and beautiful and had all the amenities we could have needed. Mima was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was a bit tricky (taxi drivers got a bit lost a few times) but easy enough to figure out after a day or so. Waking distance on main roads to Porto Banus made outings a breeze. The community pool is large and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little apartment: beautiful terrace, lovely furnishings and fantastic location. The beds are super comfortable (even the bunk- beds!) and the heater on the terrace is much appreciated for breakfast. Lots of lush vegetation and flowers all around and the pools nicely heated. The parking is an added bonus and super easy. The bike rental located right beside is convenient (30 euros per bike for 24hrs). Beach is great too! All in all, a memorable stay and great communication throughout.

The apartment is close to the center and the beach, so it's in a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped, it was clean and as in the pictures. We were very pleased!

Lovely penthouse with amazing terrace. We also appreciated the comfortable bed the silence at night. Best of all were Shauna and Susan. We particularly valued the personal welcome. To top it all, they provided us with torch, water and powerbank when power was 6 hours down.
