Excellent location, the apartment complied with everything I described, the internet is fast so if you work remotely you will have no problems, the treatment was quite friendly. I would definitely stay at this place again.

This is without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Porlamar, is close to a lot of things, the apartment is impeccable, the location is top-notch and the place is very well maintained with lots of facilities to be used, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Porlamar also Victor and his wife are super friendly and lovely people always available to be reach out and attentive.

Enrique’s Place was a fantastic stay for our trip to Margarita Island. The apartment is very centrally located — within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and other key spots, which made everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless and very well kept, offering plenty of space and comfort for our group of five. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings or enjoying a morning coffee. A special thanks to Neida, who was outstanding throughout our stay. She was responsive, kind, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we had an excellent time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enrique’s Place to anyone planning a visit to Margarita. Highly recommended!

Excellent host. Emma always actively communicated to make my arrival and departure easy. She attended to my needs and questions. The air conditioning works perfectly, which helps when arriving from the heat of the beach. A good place to go with groups. I would take caution that there are several stairs, but they have staff who helped me carry my bags up. Pampatar is a perfect place to stay

This is the ideal place to be on Margarita Island, close to the beach, shopping malls, good restaurants and the residential complex is very quiet and impeccable. The hosts welcomed us to the property and are very friendly and recommended places of interest to visit. If I visit Margarita Island again, I would definitely stay at this property again. This apartment is highly recommended and is in a very good area within Costa Azul.

I stayed for two nights and the experience was excellent. The place was impeccably clean, with modern decor and very well organized. Everything was very comfortable and the care in every detail was noticeable. The location is ideal, a few steps from the beach club, which was very convenient.
