Comfortable apartment of 50 m2, facing the Caribbean sea, with private exit to the beach , and a few minutes from Concorde beach. With three separate spaces: kitchen, bedroom and living room, it has two water tanks of 500 and 300 liters, WIFI, hot water in the shower, semi-equiped kitchen, 1 double bed in private room, 1 sofa and 1 parking station with 24 hour security. Currently no pool, and no air conditioning but with two fans.
