Ari’s place was great . Definitely a hidden gem in the city. The host was really helpful and responsive and definitely made me feel welcomed and at home. I will definitely return whenever I come back in town . I really appreciate all the hospitality. The space was clean and really close to everything.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.

We traveled with a team of blind people and we especially appreciate the clear and constant communication with Fatima, who was always attentive to any questions or needs. We had a very pleasant stay, we enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The code to enter the accommodation was blocked but Aurora fixed it very quickly. Recommended!

Ronda’s house is better than the pictures can convey! It is comfortable, airy and bright, as well as beautifully and thoughtfully decorated — it is really a home (note: we did not cook much but heated things up in the toaster oven so can’t speak to the kitchen, though it was fully furnished). It is also in a great part of town! We had a lovely time exploring Colonia Americana and many restaurants and cafes in the area. This is perhaps in a less popular part of town but that’s what made it special. Ronza was so helpful with us and checked in intermittently and provided some awesome recommendations. We worked from the house for 3 days of our stay and it was easy, spacious, and the WiFi was great and stable. We hope to come back!!

Excellent service, Whilbert is very empathetic, flexible and clear in the directions. The house is beautiful and the pool is perfect. There are many places to go out for a walk. The TV in front of the pool is great. Everything was super clean and tidy. We loved it!

Excellent stay, a very pleasant and comfortable place to be. We really like that area and the location is very good because everything is accessible. Edgar was always very helpful. Because it is an open space there were many mosquitoes but they left repellent and tablets which helped a lot but otherwise no problems.

We stayed in this house rental for 3 Weeks Carlos was the perfect host, very communicative helpful. The house is a comfortable, quirky traditional Mexican style urban house with an open roof (with a metal grate for security). The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The kitchen is equipped to make meals (but if you're in Guadalajara for a week or less, why not just go out and enjoy). If you want an antiseptic, new, sparkling airbnb, look in Colonia Americana and pay double. The location of the house is like the center of a wheel with all directions a 20 minute walk, west to Cental Historico and downtown, north to Santa Teresita, and east to the Colonia Americana neighborhood. Walking at night is safe. Must go places to eat and drink walking distance from the house: La Fonda de la Noche, 251 calle jesus , a legend of deliciousness. El Habanero Negro for cocktails and innovative eats (10 minute walk) De la O Cantina, for innovative drinks and food, where all the hipsters go.

Excellent place and very good location, only when we arrived it smelled a little bad and it was because they had not taken out the trash, but apart from that little incident everything was excellent

Excellent location, quick access to main avenues and places of interest; very close is a convenience store and a plaza. The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, I recommend it.

Haydee was an amazing host. She was very accommodating to our needs. The condo was in a perfect location with a bunch of restaurants down below. It was also very clean and had all the basic necessities. The air conditioning was also very appreciated since we visited in the hot season!
