Our home is located in the residential area of the Las Brisas neighborhood, in the SE side of town. It is about 1 mile/5-7 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. We live on the house's top floor and have 2 cats. A gated community with a beautiful beach club. The house is for sale.
