Holiday rentals with beach access in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

Amazing view and roof top area with a gym. We had almost the whole building to ourself. 3 minutes walking to the beach and close to anything anyone would ever need. I did for some reason think it was a 3 bedroom as the 2 bedroom sqft is a little tight but amazing set up none the less and would highly recommend as well as great hosts and building staff

Excellent place and highly recommended. Aldahir is a very good host. There was everything you needed to have a good stay. The pool is very nice and the building staff are very friendly. We definitely hope to return! The beach is just a few feet away and the area is very quiet, plus there's plenty to eat!! I recommend it at 100.

A very nice place, extremely comfortable and right on the beach, the facilities are very nice, very quiet to enjoy as a family…. The only thing that did not convince me and that I do not like is that apart from the payment of the stay you have to pay more things and which I consider must already come included in the reservation. Tip: READ the HOUSE RULES WELL!!!

The condo was clean and spacious. Easy to get to the beach and pools. There are on site restaurants, coffee shop, store, etc. like home with the feel of a resort.

We felt at home, nice apartment, with everything you need to rest and enjoy, the pool in front of the depa was our place of relaxation after a day at the beach, we had an incredible family vacation we are definitely going back.

We went as a family and had a great vacation. The apartment was very spacious in a quiet area with very quick access to Vidanta. We were in holy weekends and there were very fun activities for the kids Dora and Sergio were very kind and helpful at all times. We felt at home

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and the roof top deck received extensive use and we loved walking a block to the beach. Our host was helpful and responsive.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! We had a great weekend. The house is very comfortable and clean, with everything you need to enjoy a stay with family or friends. The garden with barbecue, the heated pool, the best. This is the second time we've been and we'd go back without hesitation.

Excellent Property, it's as shown in the pictures. Great location, super comfortable, really make you feel that you are at home. It has what you need to prepare your own food. Every detail of the house is incredible. The amenities of the condominium are excellent. Atención que te brindadn is timely and quick. We will definitely return with them. We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Great place to stay ! new building safe parking garage. 5 min drive to the Malecon nice pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ramon's place.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Easy to reach apartment... Upon arrival, the staff are very friendly, at the reception they are quick and with precise instructions.... Very nice, spacious, it has everything described, the large pool, enough loungers. With an excellent view of the pool and the sea. Excellent for relaxing and enjoying with the family... Your Hosts are very friendly, and respond quickly to any questions. We highly recommend it...!!!
