Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

An absolutely delightful stay at Bright & Airy Second Floor Home! Nadee was an exceptional host, and my husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at her 'Bright & Airy Second Floor Home' for several days. From the moment we booked, communication was fantastic. We had a midnight flight, and I reached out to Nadee to ask for a very late checkout, hoping for 10 p.m. She was incredibly flexible and understanding, and to our delight, she granted our request free of charge! This made such a huge difference to our last day and travel experience. The apartment itself is lovely. The views from our room and the private terrace were absolutely amazing – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening unwind. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, which was a huge plus for us as we enjoy cooking, and we were even provided with free gas! Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. wow what an amazing home,we were a group of 4 the villa is so spacious,lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with much needed air conditioning the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need during your stay the wrap around veranda on two levels is great to use to watch wildlife,monkeys,lizards and so many birds The caretaker Mahesh is brilliant he is on hand for anything you might need,couldn't ask for more. the pool is idyllic great place to cool down Whatever your requirements all is to hand ,the local area is very accessible for foodstores and bakerys Going further a field exploring is super easy just use the pick me app we will definitely be back

We stayed here for three months with our 9-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The house was safe, spacious, and perfect for any family. As first-time parents, we really appreciated the extra support—some of the owner’s relatives live nearby and were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Amila was also a fantastic communicator and co-host, always quick to respond and help sort out any issues in the house. We truly felt looked after and enjoyed our stay very much.

Our 5 day stay at this Colombo 5 Residence was very comfortable. the host Mr. Chanaka and his family were extremely hospitable and kind enough to welcome us with a basket of fruits, tea, coffee etc. All the 4 bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned, spacious and clean.its a very quiet area not too far from ODEL,and Majestic City shopping centre. plenty of Restaurants closeby, downtown Colombo is about 15 to 20 mins drive. Towels are provided in all bathrooms, 3 bedrooms have bathrooms attached. There is a TV in the sitting room and crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. The host also can arrange airport transfers. The place is very safe and makes you feel at home. I definitely will recommend this site to all my friends and will stay there in the near future too.

Dallas was a great host. He was a very friendly, very helpful and a very welcoming sort of a person. When I arrived at his place it was pass midnight, nevertheless he was awake to welcome me. The facilities were great, not only the room and the bathroom the whole apartment was at my disposal. Very clean, spacious, quiet and very secure. In case I go back to Colombo again I will definitely stay there and would recommend to any future traveller. Excellent value for money.
