We are contactless accommodation-Self check in and check out. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by a stunning valley, looking out across rolling paddocks and your own quiet peaceful cabins. Only 13 minutes drive to Whakatane, and 9 minutes to awakeri. One cabin has a Queen bed, heat pump and modern bathroom. The other has a full Kitchen, dining and living space, joined together by a large deck that catches the afternoon sun across the valley. Your only neighbors may be a few of sheep or odd cow.

Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!
