I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos clean, neat, and well-maintained. I felt completely safe and at peace throughout my stay. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and responsible, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Very much impressed with the way Senthil guided through out the stay. The property was too clean and in particular, the kitchen had everything that was required for a simple cooking. My kids were very happy to spend time in inside home in the evenings. A cozy stay for a small family.

Accurate location and the apartment is just as listed in the pictures. All maintained very well. Appreciate Mr. Suresh for his polite response. Few points to improve. 1. Kitchen countertop is damaged. 2. No AC remotes available at the property. Becomes difficult to control the temperature. 3. Bathrooms need some detailed cleaning. 4. Faucets need some maintenance.

We had a great stay at Gayathri‘s/Lakshmi’s place. She checked in with us daily, which was very thoughtful. We never met her, but the security guard Krishna was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean by Indian standards. Unfortunately, the towels were quite dirty with brown stains, so we didn’t use them. Our flight was late at night, and although check-out was at 11 AM, Gayathri/Lakshmi kindly allowed us to stay longer unless a new booking came in .. luckily, no one did. That was a big help. We’d definitely stay here again!

Farha went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made me feel at home. I had a great stay at Nihal's place, stayed here for 6 weeks and truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for women travelling solo. Nihal and his family went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and especially my safety. The house was very clean and had all the amenities was as listed. Nihal was highly responsive and went an extra step to help me whenever I need. The location is about 10mins (by auto) from prime locations. An additional bonus was the amazing home cooked food by Nihal's parents, the mum's ginger tea and his dad's(a chef) biriyani were a definite highlight. I came as a guest to Nihal's place and left as a part of their family. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend a stay here to anyone wanting to make new friends while in India.

Bharath is one among the polite, kind, proactively helpful host who listened to my requirements and made sure everything was comfortable and at ease for me. We traveled from the US and stayed here for 3 weeks with family. The whole experience was amazing and smooth. Starting with check in, the apartment was stocked with new kitchen dishes, extra jars to store stuff, toilet rolls, fresh towels and pretty much everything you would need, when something’s were missing, the apartment caretaker Chandran was very prompt in responding and immediately addressed it. The cleaning crew was amazing and had a great attitude in case there was some additional work load. They supported us in every way possible. Thanks to Devi! Uthuman was very prompt in responding during booking and answered all my questions, Javid facilitated every request we had before and after check in, Chandran was our go to person during our stay and Devi helped us stay worry free about cleaning and dishes during the stay. Overall great crew and a really good place to spend time with family. The apartment is clean and looks like how it is in pictures. Highly recommend to NRIs!

I needed a home to host my family members for my wedding and this place was perfect for a two-day-stay. Uber and Rapido were easy to access. The area was calm and everything was accessible within 10 mins. Great experience altogether!

had a wonderful stay. The place is at Mylapore, so it's kind of close to Chennai's cultural heritage. We went for Medical checkup at Apollo, ahich is about 4-5 km from there, about Rs 100 fare by auto. Other tourist destinations of Mylapore arr quite nearby. For tourists, you must knownthat Mylapore is one of the key attractions in Chennai with majority of the sites there like Marina beach, Shree Kapaaleeshwarer Temple, Santhome Cathedral, Thousand Lights Mosque, Chennai fort, Parliament etc. everything is in within 2-4 km radius. the property is in residential area so you will have a peaceful stay there.

Stay was good and the host was very helpful and responsive to messages..prime location and air conditioned well...but 2 of the bathrooms needed more upgrades..like hand shower was not working, tap was broken and the commode seat in one of them looked very much used and very old.

..I came to chennai with my wife for her treatment . I was lucky to have selected Prabha aunty's place to stay . It was a great stay .. Aunty and Uncle both are such nice person .. moreover , Aunty cooked great food for us .. Thank You Prabha Aunty for the hospitality and everything.. Cant thank you enough!!

The place was exactly similar to what was shown in the photos. The Host was responsive and the helper was helpful to us. The place was completely clean, ACs were very good and lightings were very good. I would like to visit again with my friends and family. Please be aware of road-side parking in-front of the place. Overall, a good deal place for the money. Thank You for hosting us and special thanks to helper Mr.Sunil.

beautiful place , lovely view on the 13th floor with a view of the majestic bay of Bengal , Pravin was such an amazing host he had answers for everything I asked , the room was well maintained and it's pretty big , he has everything required to make it a wonderful experience . The beds were also comfortable and 3 pretty bedrooms which were also comfortable and spacious . look forward to staying again in this property ❤️❤️❤️

A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.
