Large and spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, clean and cozy. It has heating, which is very important for cold days. The host Carla is very kind and responds promptly. Excellent location, with a market and subway nearby. Very beautiful region.

Pleasant and comfortable to go with children. Although there are no safety nets on the apartment's terrace, the building's common areas, such as the access corridor and terrace, are very safe for toddlers. Well-equipped kitchen, sufficient toiletries, shampoo and conditioner available, clean and sufficient towels, washing machine, table with chairs for everyone... good bedding. Down and feather pillows. The building is not very large, extremely friendly staff. Parking. Anyway, it's like being at home.

Great accommodation!! Well located apartment, with many shops nearby, supermarket, restaurants… I liked it a lot! You can go hiking and get to know the historical part of Santiago! I thought it was really cool! I went to the marathon with my family, and it was great because it was close to pick up the kit and the start of the event. I thank Jaime and his mother for the reception and stay!

Spacious apartment, right in the center of the city and close to the metro and supermarkets. Enough for a weekend! On one side of the mattress is a bit deep, but it does not make the bed uncomfortable. I had trouble coordinating the wifi on TV and the host was ready to resolve the issue.

If you have a concert at the Movistar Arena, I recommend this accommodation, given how close and safe it is. Everything described by the host is what you will find when you arrive at the apartment. Comfortable, clean, good size and with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Special mention to Mr. Miguel for that wonderful library with diverse and interesting texts.

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

Very comfortable, incredible views and an area that's accessible on foot. Very close to Costanera Mall and nice restaurants. I would definitely come back. Andrés is very attentive to everything.

Excellent location, apartment equipped with everything you need, good sector, super friendly reception people, good hosts. I would only recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning and maintaining the apartment inside before delivering to the next guest, since some things/furniture are somewhat deteriorated. 100% recommended place to stay!

Raúl was an excellent host. 100% recommended. He gave me very useful information and we had a very fluid conversation at all times. He was very kind to let us leave later than check-out time. I definitely recommend it for a family vacation. I would definitely come back!

I loved this place! You have everything you need and more. Every detail was met. The location is amazing, near restaurants, metro station and transportation. There is a store across the street where you can find everything you need including fresh baked bread daily. And a small farmers market across the street twice a week. Sergio was very flexible and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place ❤️

My parents were looking for an apartment to stay for medical issues that is equipped and comfortable. It met all expectations, had everything you need, very clean and good smell. Solange is always attentive to any questions and very cordial. Definitely a place they will visit again 😊
