We spent 2 months in the accommodation, we felt very comfortable and at ease in it. Germán is always very attentive and makes sure that our stay is excellent. Beautiful building in general, good location in the Ñuñoa commune, meters from the Chile España metro station and bar area. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. It also has a beautiful view of Santiago (we already miss it) and the garage is super comfortable. Thank you Germán for everything! We would definitely choose it again 🇦🇷🇨🇱

Nice and comfortable place in good location

The apartment is very nice, modern and comfortable. Despite being in the center of Santiago, it is a fairly quiet and peaceful sector. The terrace is also quite private as it faces an internal courtyard. There are two markets right in front of the building in case you need to buy something. And the fact that it has parking and air conditioning is a total plus.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Communication with Karina was great, she always responded very quickly. The doormen of the building, all very kind. My family and I had an amazing time in Chile. Super I recommend the apartment.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
