Na delší pobyty zajímavá sleva. Slunný byt v docházkové vzdálenosti k hradu Vyšehrad a dobrou dostupností do blízkého centra. Byt má dispozici 2+1, 80m2 2 velké ložnice, plně vybavenou kuchyň, balkon s vchodem z každé ložnice a oddělené wc s koupelnou. K dispozici je 6 lůžek. 1 manželská postel a 5 jednolůžek. + 1 skládací dětská postýlka. Kouření pouze na balkoně - povoleno. Parkování v ulici před domem zdarma. (Je velmi levné, platím ho já) Vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi. Těšíme se na Vás!

Vintage (Bruselský styl) na 4ce

Byt je vybaven moderním i vintage vybavením. Obývací pokoj je převážně vybaven nábytkem, který mě obklopoval celé mé dětství. Nábytek jsem si nechal jako vzpomínku na dětská léta prožitá s rodinou. Bruselský styl je populární díky svému nevšednímu zpracování a hlavně barevné hravosti. Ve chvíli, kdy jsem se rozhodl tento byt pronajmout mě napadlo zprostředkovat i mým hostům část z atmosféry přelomu 50tých a 60tých let minulého století. Děkuji, že se k vybavení budete dobře chovat.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor (with elevator). Sinice the beginning of 2022, I it has been in Prague mandatory local stay fee of 50 CZK/day/person - it will be charged at the property.
