The stay was extremely comfortable and aesthetic. The BnB was very clean with all the facilities. The owner and caretaker are polite and are available in anytime of the day. It is family friendly. Enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended!

The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

Thanks a lot to Josephina ma’am for this great experience and stay in Colva, Goa just by the sea! The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning service! The area is great with good veg and non-veg breakfast and lunch/dinner options around. Apart from that all services are available around like taxi, buses, bikes and kirana stores! Great location! Josephina ma’am guided us a lot in terms of the bike rentals! Thanks to her we also got an early check-in and late check-out which helped us relax extra and be more comfortable there! Thank you so so so much Josephina ma’am! Absolutely loved Goa because of our convenient location and great facilities and room there in Village by the Sea, Colva Beach Road! Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. Highly recommend this gem - we're already planning our next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Amazing stay at this property. I am really impressed and very happy to find such a nice host Mr.Dubinsky and other co-hosts. We had booking for only one day and needed to check in early in the morning 5 o'clock. Our host was so cooperative and allowed us early check in. I am really very grateful for this act of him. Talking about the location, it is 6.5 km from Madgaon railway station. Colva, benulim and many beaches are just 2-3km away from the property. Great location. The rooms were neat and clean with pristine kitchen and utensils. Everything was working properly. As soon we needed anything Host was proactive in providing the solution. At the end I will say this Is the place for all those who are looking to stay with friends, family and loved ones. Totally worth it.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

We stayed in this property for two days, it was an amazing stay. All the amenities listed were available and special thanks to the host for being responsive, very coperative and friendly. Highly recommended.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.

Amazing decorated place. Host Ansh was very helpful. Flat was exactly same as described in the pictures. It was clean and peaceful. Was surprised to see even spices in the kitchen. Overall it was a great stay.
