Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Coffee and tea are provided and are easy to make with the kettle. Towels and bed linen included. There is the possibility to make the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cabinet in the bathroom.

Trädgården har en yta på 1900 kvadrat och därför är som en oas mitt i byn. Över gatan ligger café Smulan där man kan köpa nybakade bullar, dom har även frukost buffé. Sidan om ligger ICA för övriga inköp. Brösarp kallas porten till Österlen men är i själva verket i mitten av den vackraste natur Österlen har att erbjuda.
