Nubar was a great host, there was some amenities that needed fixing but he communicated well and helped us out. He is a busy host but you could tell he cares, he stopped by to help with the amenities. Overall you could tell he’s been in the real estate game for a long time and he is understanding. He has my respect!

We were very happy and satisfied with our stay. From the moment we walked in, we noticed how clean and spacious the home was. The bedroom was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and the bed was large and cozy. A big plus was having our own refrigerator. If we could suggest anything, it would be to add a small lamp and a mirror for extra convenience. Siavash was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Even though the bathroom was shared with the host, it felt like it was just for us. What we truly appreciated was how quiet and peaceful our stay was, even with other people in the home. We absolutely recommend this place!
