Note, just holiday stays Give yourself a few relaxing days in this amazing house built in 2002 with lake views both from the kitchen living room and bedroom, cold evenings you fire in the fireplace/fireplace. Summertime own jetty with swimming ladder, lake Yngern. Access to a boat with oars. Large facing facing with dining area, barbecue. 2 km outside Nykvarns center where fast train takes you to Stockholm C in about 30 minutes or take the car about 45 minutes. Nearby is also a Taxinge castle cafe, box car park, several golf courses.

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guest house with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage accommodates up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely Jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and the hot tub, you can see over Sundsörsviken, Lake Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. A child-friendly beach on the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walking paths directly from the farm.

The house is a short, two-minute walk from a wonderful sandy beach with a jetty on Lake Mälaren. View of Lake Mälaren from all parts of the property. Sauna and hot tub with nice views of nature and the water. The local grocery store (ICA) can be reached with a 20-minute forest walk, a bike ride of just over ten minutes or by car. The bus stop at the steamboat jetty is a three-minute walk away. Fantastic walking trails are found throughout the forest with seemingly endless fine trails lined with mushrooms and berries.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och familjevänligt område, ca 7 km från Nykvarns centrum och cirka 40 minuter med bil till Stockholm. 3 sovrum, 1 badrum samt kök/vardagsrum och tvättstuga. Stor altan med grill och spabad (sommartid). På tomten finns lekstuga och gungor 🙂 Vi är flexibla med in- och utcheckning i mån av möjlighet och gör gärna vistelsen så smidig som möjligt för er.

If you'd rather play on the beach, walk 3 minutes in the other direction.
