Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights in the Höga Kusten area. A lovely glazed porch where you can sit and enjoy and digest the day's adventures. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Travel bed available for the very smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year-round living.

Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Here you live a 10-minute walk from Kramfors city center and travel center if you want to leave the car and take excursions by train or bus. You are close to the river and the sea and can make day trips throughout the High Coast. Everything from a river trip with Ådalen 3, a dinner at High Coast Whisky, swimming out in Hörsång, playing golf in Norrfällsviken or maybe climbing or hiking in Skuleskogen.

Detta ingår i hyran så det tillkommer ingen extra kostnad för den. Från tomten går det en egen stig till Väja badplats, tar cirka 5-10 minuter att gå. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
