The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

It is rented cozy house in the center of the changed center. (230m walking from the City Hall and 650m from the square of Fefiñans). Very well furnished and comfortable. The house consists of 2 floors, a 1st where you find the kitchen, living room and a full bathroom, and the 2nd floor is formed by 2 double rooms and 1 full bathroom. The house is fully equipped. The area is very central, with supermarkets, food space, pharmacy, post office, bars in an environment of 200 meters on foot.

The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

Very quiet area where we can hardly hear the boats that go out and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience.
