The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

The house consists of 2 floors, a 1st where you find the kitchen, living room and a full bathroom, and the 2nd floor is formed by 2 double rooms and 1 full bathroom. The house is fully equipped. The area is very central, with supermarkets, food space, pharmacy, post office, bars in an environment of 200 meters on foot.

Pazo Torre Penelas, in a vineyard with history

The Pazo Torre Penelas, in the municipality of Portas, near the city of Pontevedra, is listed as a historical heritage site of the 14th or 15th century and has the typical elements of the great medieval pazos (country houses) such as the granary, the dovecote and the chapel. It also has a 6-hectare walled vineyard and a small winery where the Torres Family has made the first wine entirely in granite.
