An excellent modern home to stay in, this is a spacious new build home despite being 2 beds, Gilmorton is a very pleasant, easy commute (we were in the area for business).

Richard’s house is very clean and well enough equipped for 6 people. The beds were large and comfortable although the mattresses are rather soft. The location was ideal for attending a wedding at a local golf club. Richard was a good communicator and it was easy to access the property which has off street parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Gorgeous place with an ever so chic vibe. Jane was brilliant and sourced us a travel cot with no bother. The pub in the village is gorgeous and a great little hang out spot

Amazing place, location and host. An unbeatable experience especially for the price. Lots of unforgettable and fun memories made here that I don't think we could've had anywhere else. I really have nothing but praise from start to finish.

We were looking for a long term stay and this place was a gem to find. Cozy house, with all amenities and spotless clean.Hosts were very proactive and helped us settle with ease. Highly recommed it if you are looking in the area.

We enjoyed a family get-together over the bank holiday weekend in this beautiful house. The house has clearly been refurbished to a very high spec standard, it was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and had every facility we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfy beds and white hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms were squeaky clean, with lovely thick soft towels. The kitchen diner is where we spent most of our time, we cooked some lovely meals in this very well equipped room. The 2 big fridge freezers are an absolute bonus when staying with a large group. Hannah is listed as being a 'Superhost' and indeed she is. The communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. Hannah was able to offer high chairs, travel cot and lots of helpful things for our littlest family members. She also provided lots of recommendations for family days out, we loved Windmill farm park and we all found Foxton Locks fascinating. We loved our stay, thank you Hannah.

We had a brilliant stay at Lynn's library, a spacious and nicely decorated home. There was plenty of room for three of us, the kitchen was spacious, WiFi was reliable. The house is full of books of all different kinds, which gives it a special personality. A big thanks to the hosts were super responsive and went above and beyond for us. We all said we would love to stay again. The surroundings were peaceful, but we found two nice pubs close by, a good chip-shop, and a well stocked Co-Op - everyone we spoke with was friendly and welcoming. We absolutely hope to return in the future.

Kyle is an exceptional host and made our weekend in Leicester flawless, from booking to check in he was very informative and responsive. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect position for a weekend in this huge city. I can highly recommend Kyle and Pocklington Walk and will definitely book again for our next trip.

We had a lovely time at the tree house. Beautiful secluded area with friendly resident animals nearby to visit. The tree house was so cozy and had all appliances and tools needed for a great BBQ, firepit and more. No WiFi required for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay! We went on long walk to nearby villages and would definitely recommend stopping in at local pubs (Royal Horseshoes and Wheel Inn). Russell and family were all so helpful and welcoming and made our stay really special. Hope to come again :)

A lovely cottage in a beautiful party of the country. Well-located for local amenities with village shops and pubs on the doorstep. A nicely maintained little place too - we found it exactly as described.

Very last minute stay, but so glad we discovered this wonderful place, we will be back for sure!

Really gorgeous few days at the lodge. Felt so quiet and peaceful but a stones throw from the Marina with some lovely places to eat and grab a drink. Some lovely walks to do along the canal too. Lots of lovely little touches in the lodge and Rob was very friendly and helpful with making sure we knew how to find the lodge and check in etc. Would 100% recommend and return!

Great location in a pretty and peaceful village. Provided a much needed relaxing break. Enjoyed the nearby walk accessed through the church yard with the view of the countryside beyond. Clock Cottage is a well thought out property. Open plan, providing comfort and calm. All essentials plus added extras; the luxury of the rolled top bath & bath robes, a welcoming box of treats & drinks. Fairy Lights added a cosy glow above the bifold doors at night. There's also a great spacious bathroom with a fab shower. Can easily divert between the rainfall and hand shower heads, with plenty of hot water. Loved the beautiful garden and patio area. Private access from on street parking right outside through a separate gate with stones and level paving leading to the bifold doors. Established beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers edge the property and grounds with a lovely large lawn to enjoy in the sunshine. My dog did! Rutland Water is a short drive away. Will return to explore more.

Great wee house. Booked for my 2 daughters and baby grandson to stay while visiting relatives in Blaby. Girls felt very safe in the area washouse was situated. Rebecca was only a phone call away and was very attentive. Would highly recommend for anyone needing somewhere to stay in the Leicester area.

We had a wonderful stay, it was so peaceful and private. We would 100% recommend to anyone to visit! We loved that we could let our dog roam around with the peace of mind that she was safe while we enjoyed the hot tub. James was incredibly helpful and answered all our messages so quickly! We loved that there was a list of things to do and places to eat, it made it so easy for us to narrow down what to do. The shepherds hut itself was spotless and had everything we needed! We loved the added details of coffee and logs for the fire being provided. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Came to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family, grandson and Suzie the dog. We’ve had a wonderful time enjoying the very comfortable accommodation, large private garden and hot tub. It’s a beautiful area to explore with canal walks and nice country pubs. Emma was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We loved staying at the Hoot this weekend for my birthday, my partner asked me to marry him by the little bridge on the pond. The layout of the place is beautiful, lots of space for just two people. Shame about the cold and rain, but happy we got to stay in the cosy hut than a secluded hotel. The finishing touches were nice. Both Lindsey and the lady who cleans were very friendly.

Absolutely amazing space to get together with friends and family. We stayed for a weekend as a group of 14, 9 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty room for all of us. The place is beautiful, exactly as shown on pictures and the bedrooms/huts are all spacious, clean, warm and comfy. The kitchen is spotless and big and the different areas available to chill in, is a huge plus for this place. Communication was easy and Fred and Charlotte were prompt and friendly in responses. We would all recommend this place and we wish we had longer here, the kids were as gutted as the adults to leave. The hot tub was amazing! 5 stars without doubt and would love to stay again.

The cottage was lovely and in the perfect location for us. The pub next door was friendly too and convenient for a special family meal. Having flexible bedroom layouts also helped us enormously. We were not able to use the hot tub though since it takes much longer to heat than the two to three hours indicated. The fire lit easily but after three hours the temperature had only risen to 20 degrees and we did not have time to sit and wait there.

We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We felt welcomed by Allison as soon as we got to the farm. She showed us the way to our private little field and then carried on showing us where everything is and how it works. The place is absolutely perfect for a night away to relax and enjoy time out. We loved the hot tub and outdoor seating as well as the log burner inside once it got cooler at night. Could not fault the place or Allison’s service. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again! Once again, thank you Allison x
