Absolutely loved our stay. Only regret is we wish we found it sooner and stayed longer. The property is gorgeous with so many amenities and activities. I loved that they have washer and dryers and they provide the detergent all for free! Nice little touch!! Will absolutely come back!

This room was amazing! Wonderful ocean view and nice, clean, and spacious. Within a 5 minute walk to the lagoons and a short drive out to many different locations. If you want a place that is a lot more chill with a nice island vibe then this is where you should book. The room was very well maintained and very spacious. The amenities were amazing and we had such a lovely time.

You do not need to go farther than Koolina. Everything is nearby; restaurants, golf and etc.

Lovely suite overlooking the golf course and mountain. Very quiet. Fully functional kitchen and very roomy. Staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Beautiful property which is well kept with 3 different pools. Brandon a very responsive host.

This is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Gorgeous beach, lovely pools, comfortable rooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Great for families. Michael was very helpful in getting us a great room and setting it up seamlessly.

We had such a wonderful stay! The resort is more than we could have imagined. Beautiful views, beautiful pools and private beaches. Could not believe we got to stay here!

The Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki has wonderful staff. We stayed for 7 nights and everyone was very kind and accommodating to us. The room itself was a great size, had everything we needed including a balcony which was a big plus. The water pressure was a little light and there was a small degree of noise from adjoining/upstairs rooms, but nothing excessive and those minors did not from our stay at all. Great games room and outdoor spaces, and very easy walking to the main strip. No negatives! We had such a good time! My only advice to future travellers would be to book your own tours rather than using the on-site concierge. The hotel’s advertised prices are slightly out of date & you can find much better deals booking yourself elsewhere - especially using one of the Oahu’s Best coupon books which are freely available at various newspaper stands on the main roads! We got lots of discounted meals and a great discount on a wonderful island tour using this little gem once we’d found it.

The hosts were responsive and check in /check out process was easy. The unit was clean with beautiful view of the ocean. It was really nice to have free parking spot in the building. This place is very convenient, close to the beach, ABC stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Great location ,check in and the check out reception stuff very nice reasonable price. Small kitchen have everything you want only the coffee machine not good.

Great location close to Waikiki Beach. Can walk there in 5-7 minutes (easy). This was a Timeshare resort, they never made us go on a tour (put a flier under door, but easy to ignore, just don't engage). We really liked the location and price for this 1 bedroom unit ( we were floor 6 of 12 floors, elevator and stairs were easy to access). Yes, the unit is given to you once you arrive. The resort will call you ahead of time to confirm details. NOTE: taxes/fees ~$20/day taken at resort. We traveled with our 2 kids, and having a real door was nice for privacy. AC, yes!! worked well and was very nice bonus. Make sure to take advantage of their beach towels and "borrow-it" area. A place where you can borrow chairs, umbrellas, tubes, boards, etc. All based on what other customers part with to share with next guests. Area was very safe to walk around. If going back to Waikiki, would stay here again for price, amenities, and ease of grabbing Uber/Lyfts, and a great & large ABC store.

Really loved the hospitality and the atmosphere. Only really big negative is the very loud rooster crowing at 5am and prolonged almost all day!!

Pedro was extremely helpful in coordinating both timing of arrival, and the specific room we needed. He also gave us a great deal. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful resort, and would absolutely go back.

I was able to get a good deal even though hotels in Honolulu are soaring in price. The room is just the right size for 3 adults or a family of 4. Amenities are provided, and towels etc. are plentiful. On the day of check-in, you will receive the key directly and pay the deposit and various expenses. Credit cards are also accepted. The deposit will be refunded to your credit card at a later date. Communication is also smooth. I arrived early on the day, so a room happened to be available, so I was able to check in early. Even if a room is not available, it seems that you can store your luggage at the reception desk for a low price. Thank you for your help this time.

The Modern hotel is a great place to stay, Its by the harbor so if you take any sailing trip you can walk to, also Waikiki beach, restaurants. Nester is a great host he explained everything in detail, i will be back. Thank you Nester.

As described, the place was clean with all amenities. Quick walk to the lagoons and convenient shopping. 20 minutes to Waikiki and the traffic was non-existent. Beautiful view of the golf course and the lush landscape to wake up to every morning. It’s a must stay if you’re coming to Ko’Olina!! Thanks, Mick 👍

Great location. The place was nicer than the pictures, as they had recently renovated. The pool was being renovated at the time, so we couldn’t use it, but if there’s a beach 2 blocks away, so it’s not really a problem! Large, clean unit. Checking in and out was a breeze. You have to valet your car if you are driving and they may want you to attend a timeshare presentation to receive a gift or free parking.

This stay felt very luxurious but did not break the bank! Everything was clean and as described. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive to any inquiries. The pool and views were amazing! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!
