Randi’s home was as described. Beautiful cottage feel with excellent amenities. The guest suite was very private, with adequate indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. The suite was styled to feel very homey but updated to be efficient. Randi was also kindly enough to provide us access to the property (hammock, fire pit, patio) and other amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas,kayaks). Close walk to great spots like Nomans and super close to the pond and the beach. Perfect location to enjoy Oak Bluffs. Looking forward to staying at the property again.

Beautiful spot on the lake. The yard area was even nicer than we expected. We enjoyed using the paddle boat in the evening to go out to the middle of the lake for the amazing view and some swimming. The host, Jim, even offered to help our daughter bake a homemade pie with fresh blackberries from their garden. Overall, a great place.

We loved the surroundings and coffee in the morning at the lake. It is worth it for the place and the view. In addition to that Therese was very responsive, caring and flexible. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for our one year anniversary, and we were so so happy with our stay! Arman was very kind and genuine from the moment we booked our stay, up until our departure. He made sure we gave him a call as soon as we checked in to let us know about all the features of the house that may be hidden, and gave us amazing recommendations around the area that made it very difficult for us to want to venture out anywhere else! (Bucatino's and Somerset creamery, YUM!!!). We had the pleasure of meeting Arman in person just one time. He was kind, genuine, and very personable. Also very respective of our privacy, which we really appreciate. His fish pond out back is AMAZING! I looked forward to feeding the fish because they were so beautiful to look at! The pond lights up at night, and it looks really cool! If we are ever back in the area, we are definitely going to look for Arman's place again. Thank you so much for your accomodations!!!

This is the first place my wife and I have ever stayed that I wanted to write a review before the stay was even over telling all how amazing it is. It is clear that Vicki’s experience as a host for years enures to the benefit of their guests. Vicki and her husband are extraordinarily welcoming, very communicative, nonintrusive but helpful and made us feel welcome, comfortable, just great! Thank you thank you for a terrific, relaxing and wonderful stay!

We had a great time on the Cape staying at Gin’s place. She is a wonderful host who takes great care of her home. She has a huge front yard and a nice deck in the back. I loved the access to the water from her house as well as the short walk (maybe 3-5 minutes) to the neighborhood beach. The lake is really great. Her neighbors are friendly as well! Gin’s house is clean and comfortable, and I will stay here again when I am back in Mashpee.

Anne’s place was amazing! She was so kind and accommodating. Her home had everything we could’ve needed! She even left us snacks and drinks. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this lovely spot in Cape Cod. The place was spotless upon arrival, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The hosts were incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect. It was close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The amenities were exactly as described and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Cod and would love to come back again!

The pool area was also one of our favorites! My daughter absolutely loved it! The hosts even left me a little gift as I mentioned we were coming for my birthday weekend! So special ♥️ Very happy ♥️

Really lovely place. It is a separate, little place with a separate entrance in the back. A little small if you have kids and are planning to just hang out there, but otherwise great.

I just adore staying here! It was my second time and it feels like home away from home. My husband and I eloped in Sandwich and used Peggy and Andrew's as our home base for the weekend. Their hospitality is unmatched and they even left us a couple of special gifts to help us celebrate! The location is gorgeous and the space itself is so clean and tidy with any thing you might need. They really have thought of everything. It was so nice to come back to the Crow's Nest, turn on the AC, and relax at the end of our long days adventuring. They are super responsive and had lots of great recommendations for local dining and stuff to do. We will be back of course!! :)

Our stay at Martha’s Vineyard was fantastic! Sam was incredibly proactive, kind, and accommodating, answering all our needs without any hassle. The room was cozy and clean and we had our privacy. The backyard was a lovely bonus, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful, relaxing, comfortable and memorable week in Maria Clara’s studio. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet and picturesque area conveniently close to town. The studio is very well stocked with all necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer. Maria Clara is a wonderful hostess who took care of all our needs and communicated promptly. Blessings come in different forms and at different times in our lives when we least expect them. This find was an unforgettable blessing. Gracias, Maria Clara!🙏

First of all the location is beautiful! It didn't matter that the sleeping quarters was not the most attractive place since we spent most of our day outside anyways. The dock in the back was nice to relax on. There are kayaks and a paddleboard to use on this lovely water with yachts. The area was so nice and near many beaches, parks and shops on Main Street. The accommodations were very clean. Keep in mind that this is an open concept basement so no separate rooms for everyone. There is enough place for a family. A queen sizes bed, a single bed and many couches for small kids. Bathroom was clean. I say you get what you pay for. So I definitely recommend! Thank you Dennis!

Had a great stay here- it was a cozy & clean space. You can tell a lot of care and thought were put into designing the space, didn’t feel very small because of how efficient and organized it was. The backyard was beautiful! Our puppy had a great time playing and running around in the yard. Location was convenient for us as well- made the most of our long weekend with short drives to the local towns, and day trips to Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard. Also appreciate the variety of snacks that were available- especially your choice of Girl Scout cookies! Would definitely recommend this spot to others.

We had a great stay at Joy's place. The location is fantastic--close enough to walk into town yet far enough to be extremely quiet and private. Joy's apartment is decorated very tastefully and our 2-year-old was kept engaged with all of the fantastic toys and children's books. Joy is very friendly and she was always available and responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommended!

The property was located in a very quiet area. The house is well equipped for two people. Hyannis downtown had great restaurants and fun shopping.

Great location, quiet and comfortable, roomy bedroom and living room. Neighborhood very walkable. 10 min drive to a wide variety of restaurants in Falmouth.

Jane’s place was great. Very spacious and clean and close proximity to the beach and Barnstable/Hyannis. Served as a great spot for our visit to neighboring Cape Code towns.
