Tiny Home Near the Springs

Fresh air and back to nature. Imagine a tiny but comfortable hotel room in a rural setting. You'll hear roosters crow as the sun rises. Take a walk on a moonless cloudless night, and you may see stars. This 190 sq. ft. tiny house is a ten minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, a four minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, and a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Beautiful lake front home on Lake Louisa. The home sits under towering Cypress trees and is 15 feet from the waters edge. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Louisa in the very large great room. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow cleaning and disinfecting of the house

Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio with all the conveniences of home. The bed is Queen. We are located in College Park of Orlando. On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

This is the perfect location for triathletes in training or families visiting Disney World (or any of the theme parks) – Orlando’s best attractions are less than 30 miles away! This sweet & sunny lakeside studio has everything you’ll need for a comfortable visit!

Downtown Winter Garden, Florida

Charming two bedroom, one bathroom home just three blocks from downtown Winter Garden Florida. Across the street from the West Orange Bike Trail and walking distance to restaurants, Splash pond, shopping and Farmers Market. The fenced in back yard is shaded by a 100 year old live oak tree. There is a “no pet policy” at the house. We do not accept guests under the age of 12. There are NO cameras on or around the property. I respect the privacy of my guests.

(Non Smoker & No Pets) A secluded lot surrounded by FL’s beautiful tropical landscape. Golfer? We are 3 min. from the beautiful Bella Collina's luxury 18 hole golf course, a Nick Faldo design. Also 8 min. from Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club, a more affordable option. Biker? “Killarney Station", is an affordable place to rent bikes or bring your own to ride the beautiful 26 mile trail. 28 minutes to all the attractions!
