Take a 3-minute stroll to the foreshore path for a morning jog along the coast, then relax with a coffee on the plant-strewn patio. Polished floorboards and high ceilings keep things classic, while the monochrome bathroom adds a modern feel. You have a separate entrance and hand sanitizer is provided. The living room and bedroom retain their polished floorboards and high ceilings. The bathroom also retains a heritage style. The galley kitchen has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine. There is air-conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped so you could make your own meals but there are many nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment is between Broadway with niche restaurants, cafes, butcher, supermarket plus takeaways and Jetty Rd with its “golden mile of shopping”, restaurants and nightlife. Three minutes to the beach and foreshore path for exercise. You have separate access along a leafy pathway as the apartment is located towards the centre of the property, it is quiet with no street noise. We are always on call if you have a question. The neighbourhood is residential, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is within easy reach of a choice of cafes on nearby Broadway and 7 minutes from Jetty Road for other food choices. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes to Jetty Rd and the tram to the City. The tram leaves frequently from Glenelg to the City. Bus stop is 3 minutes away with buses to City or Marion shopping centre. There is plenty of access to on street parking available.

You'll be staying in a lived-in family home in the suburb of Dover Gardens. With a full kitchen, dining area and shared backyard, there's plenty of room. Note that at the back of the property (in the separate building) is another Airbnb property, you will be sharing backyard. Please make sure your car is parked on the left side of the house in red brick driveway.

Meg has a lovely place and is a great host. The area is very quiet, but there’s a supermarket around the corner and the mall isn’t far. When it gets cold in winter, the space heater in the room keeps you nice and toasty. Her cats are also adorable. Meg was so kind as to give me a lift to the station in my check out day. We had the most wonderful four nights visit. The neighbourhood, like the house itself, was very modern and quiet. Everything worked. A reasonable walk to a huge shopping centre. Casa Salvador, also known as Kylie’s place, is clean, peaceful, and quiet. I truly enjoyed spending my long weekend there. Kylie is a very thoughtful host—she provided clear check-in instructions and even included a special note to be extra cautious of the slippery floor during rainy weather. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The place smelled fresh and clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I’m happy to recommend this place to my friends and will definitely return myself

Nicks 'Salt&Sand' place is just perfect for a couple; we walked in and were immediately in love with this small but extremely inviting apartment - its cosy and comfortable; has the best views of the city and surrounding hills; and lots of lovely morning sunshine. We really liked the compact kitchen, the dining and lounge area, and the balcony. And, I have to say that the bed and pillows are perfect - we had a good sleep. We'd try for this apartment again if we return to Adelaide next year.
