Built as the center of 3 sisters, this 1920 shotgun cottage and its neighbor to the right were bought by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped them both down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings with skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows, new doors, and Berber carpet. Owned by a Certified Service Disabled Vet.

Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. This home was so perfect. I went with my mom and husband. We played card games in the kitchen, watched tv in the living room, and enjoyed the record player. The fridge was so nice to have to keep leftover food and the stove was awesome to cook breakfast on. The beds were clean and comfy!

We had a wonderful two-night stay. We were in town for a grandson’s graduation and it worked out great. Christina’s place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and neat. When we had questions about the area or procedures, it was easy to communicate with Christina and get the help we needed. I loved the quaint 1940’s neighborhood with lovely brick homes throughout. Very nice!

We had everything we needed while we were there. Enjoyed cooking some meals (mostly breakfast) and played some of the games that were there. We played UNO every night until bedtime. We were in town for a high school and college graduation party with family. It gave us some privacy after being with family all day. Would definitely recommend.

Maria’s place was very well located and well appointed. The driveway is a bit narrow, so just be aware of that. However, there’s easy parking on the street. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable, and there is a nice sized dining room table that seats six if I return to Daytin, I would certainly consider Maria’s place again.
