It can accommodate 4 people and is perfect for families and friends to enjoy a vacation together (there are 2 semi-double beds, and 2 children can sleep together). Feel the ocean breeze, enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor deck, and relax in a barrel sauna and jacuzzi under the stars. You can access the sandy beach in 2 minutes on foot, and enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing at local surf spots. There are many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The barrel sauna and jacuzzi bath can be enjoyed to your heart's content when rented privately! You can also easily rent it. The barrel sauna is 5,000 yen for unlimited use during your stay, and the BBQ set is also 5,000 yen. If you wish, we will provide you with detailed information after your booking is confirmed. We also recommend the spa resort facility "Taiyo no Sato", where you can enjoy natural hot springs (black water), rock baths, and multiple saunas within walking distance. In summer, there is also a rooftop pool It is in a good location about 1 hour and half from Tokyo, just off the toll road IC. It is a 10-minute drive to Ichinomiya, famous as a surf spot, and close to Higashiuraumi.

Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. It is a location with sea, mountains, river play, and a canyon with Kuroyu Onsen.(Within 10-30 minutes by car) You can use it as a base to enjoy the nature of Boso.Wakasagi fishing on Takau Falls Lake and the magnetic reversal of hundreds of thousands of years ago, Chivanian is world famous.(Visitor Center will open in 3 years) The facility is located overlooking the Isumi River, and the ground is bedrock. When you come by car, it is 20 minutes from Ken-o Expressway Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children.
