Villa med skogstomt. 200m bort bakom en liten kulle ligger en fin djup källsjö. Huset har 4 rum; 6 sovplatser i 3 sovrum samt 2 toaletter med dusch. Öppen planlösning mellan kök och vardagsrum med vedeldad kamin. Vardagsrummet övergår i ett större inglasat uterum och ut i en skogsträdgård med flera uteplatser. Rummen på övre planet skiljs åt av en övre hall. Draperier finns för dörröppningarna mellan hallen och sovrummen.

I vår enkla gäststuga finns det mesta som man behöver, tvättmaskin, kök, internet och tv. Utöver dessa bekvämligheter vaknar du upp till utsikten av Holmsjön ca en mil utanför Umeå.
