Small and nice!

The property is located in the "guesthouse Mörtl", a house from the 60s. It is located in the middle of the village of Faak am See. The lake is only a few minutes walk away, turquoise blue, with a wonderful mountain panorama. It is one of the southernmost and warmest swimming lakes in Austria. The property has direct access to the garden with mountain view. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are very close. The surrounding area invites you to do countless activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

Anteroom, cozy kitchen-living room with lake view, bathroom with shower, extra toilet, a large combined living room and bedroom. South balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Karawanken. Linens, towels and dish towels are available! We attach great importance to cleanliness and are always there for our guests. Barbecue evenings, free archery unit possible. Max. 10 minutes to the lake. Walking distance!

Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.

Really nice place to access the lake district. The house is beautifull with an epic terrace with view on the valley (not on the lake). Easy access to several trekkings all around. Velden is a very nice little village too, shame about Villach wich is a completely dead city - nothing to do at all.. except for the Spa.
