My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. Thanks to our key box at the entrance door with a numerical code, you can plan your trip flexibly and check in starting at 3 pm.

The 60 sqm apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. In addition, a supermarket, various bakeries, a pharmacy, various restaurants, the Fischbach lakeside resort (300 m) and a beer garden are within walking distance. The flat is on the raised ground floor.

Also in autumn and winter! The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.
