It's a fantastic place, quiet and close to everything 15m das praias de Peniche ou Serra Del rei and 10m das Caldas da Rainha. Around there's a lot of cottage for beautiful hikes.

Óbidos is one of our favorite places in all of Portugal. We enjoy walking its old cobblestone streets up to the castle and talking to the locals or simply sitting and watching the late summer evening sunlight stream through Bougainvillea-laden houses while sipping a tasty ginjinha. I guess we are romantics at heart. :-)
