Very beautiful home right on the water!

Tonya was an excellent host. She had everything arranged for our arrival and met us at the entrance to the resort. Tonya was easily accessible by phone for questions. She was quick to respond when we needed replacement of supplies . She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cabin was incredibly cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning !

As an Airbnb host myself I found that club manatee was above and beyond the expectations. We found it Homie and very inviting, spectacular views from the wraparound porch, and the river didn’t disappoint. Kayaks and canoes got us up and down the stream. All kinds of critters in the evening, which delighted my granddaughter. The river was perfect for swimming, the water, birds and plenty of fish jumping. Our family fell in love with all the amenities, the kitchen fully stocked with whatever cooking we could possibly need and for me a chef it was totally perfect. A 75th birthday celebration that won’t be forgotten. We appreciate the beauty of your home and the comfort it felt like home but somewhere else. Our family is already planning our next trip. Tam’s cabin was a perfect size for my husband and I for a night. It was a short walk from the community pool and we had our own parking spot. The place was very well decorated and furniture was comfortable. This RV resort is not close to many restaurants, etc. but if you’re looking to just have a place to sleep and shower it’s got that with a full kitchen.

absolutely LOVED her place! very relaxing and a prefect stay for nature lovers! everyday was a different experience with nature which surrounds her place :) we loved watching the chickens and a joy to take care of...fresh eggs are the BEST :) we will definitely be back, Thank you for having us :) and will be looking for your other books, a truly great read!

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

Wow! The ranch is beautiful, the staff is kind and came up to talk about their horses and events, the horses love some good scratches. This is a little patch of Heaven! 🩵

We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay at Bob’s beautiful lakeside property. The setting was perfect — quiet, scenic, and surrounded by nature. I especially loved spending time by the water and photographing the wildlife. Bob and Melanie were wonderful hosts, making sure everything was comfortable and easy. If you’re looking for a peaceful and pet friendly getaway to reconnect with nature, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

Booked a weekend stay for my boyfriends 28th birthday. This was such an unforgettable stay for us. I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and say Dustin was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on air bnb. He responded promptly every time I had a question and was so friendly. The house was clean and had endless amenities. The main reason I booked this stay is because of the included kayaks and boat launch which made kayaking so easy. We already can’t wait to come back. We had the BEST time at this adorable cabin in the middle of the forest! The space was just as described, the area was very secluded and quiet. Our dogs loved being able to roam freely in the fully fenced space. The service is very spotty but there are spots around the property I was able to get a bar or two which was helpful. So many cool amenities to explore nearby and it was nice to come "home" to a cool air conditioned home. The bathroom gets hot so we would keep the door open when in use which helps. Hope was very responsive and helpful with my questions I had before booking. Would absolutely come and stay again. Also, the front porch is an awesome spot to sit and watch the storms ☺️

My husband and I enjoyed nice and relaxing weekend. The quiet beautiful nature view was so relaxing and away from the sound of traffic and city life. Hearing nature wake up, while having a cup of coffee on the porch was amazing. The house was super clean!

The cabin is super cozy, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. the beds upstairs are super comfortable. the right amount of firmness. If I had to complain about anything, that would be the noise of the AC. But we those comfortable beds, it's impossible not to easily fall asleep. plenty of space to walk and really close to the WEC. it's a great place to disconnect and charge your energy. Kevin is a great host, respects your privacy but you know you can contact him at any time.

This is a perfect spot for a peaceful weekend getaway and exploring in nature. A highlight of the stay was seeing all the wildlife on the Chassahowitzka River! This cabin was cozy, and felt like home. We appreciated amenities like board games, the grill and kayaks (& lifevests) which made the experience seamless. Make sure you bring your own mask and snorkel to make the most of this great spot with its very own river access!!

The photos don’t do this cabin justice!! Off the beaten path but close to everything! Beautiful inside and out. Already planning our next family vacation once the attached cabin opens!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a great private cabin in the woods. We celebrated my daughters birthday and the kids loved the loft and fire pit. We were just minutes from lakes and swimming holes. There is plenty of fun for all! Thank you Bryan! We hope to visit again soon!!

We were in Gainesville for our daughters UF graduation and rates are notoriously high in Gainesville for graduation weekend. We decided to look a little bit off the beaten path and also wanted a place that our other daughter and her husband could stay with us and have their own bedroom and bathroom. Liz’s lovely house perfectly fit the bill. Not only are the surroundings so peaceful that we just wanted to spend as much time as possible looking out at the water and trees, but the house was perfectly clean, much more modern than I anticipated, and was very comfortable for sleeping. We also loved watching Liz’s dogs play in their yard next door. The drive in to Gainesville was very easy. We would not hesitate to book Liz’s house again.

The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful! Felt very cozy ! Me and my family had a wonderful time here ! The outdoor space was great for the kids ! There was a ping pong table darts and plenty of games to keep them entertained! Overall great stay would love to visit again ! Emilie was a great host ! Very communicative and even provided us with a welcome guide which was very thoughtful and came in handy !

The cabin is a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. What was impressive was the amount of “little things” that the cabin had when you needed it. (Spices in the kitchen, cooking supplies, blankets, etc). I was very impressed. Very quiet and worth the stay. If I came back to the area in the future, I would be looking for this cabin again for availability.
