Near SM Batangas City (5minutes walk). The quoted nightly rate is for 1 pax only so there’ll be xtra nightly charges for the other guests. Only the caretakers has the gatekey to ensure that only registered Airbnb guests are inside the Compound. NOTE: there is a 10PM gate-curfew. BUT they are there 24/7 so arrangements for exception can be made with them. CCTV. Wi-Fi. Private water supply/heater. BR with AC & a queensize bed. Kitchen/ref/basic condiments. Laundry room for handwashing.
