Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

Booking age requirement - 21+ Clean, modern, slick and close to the beach, bay, Boardwalk, and Downtown all in under a five-minute walk. The Dolphin Court Condominiums work great for a few days or even a few weeks stay. Parking is awesome, with a private, dedicated parking space in front of the unit.
