Welcoming one bedroom apartment 2 miles from the ocean. Private entrance, outside porches, furnished kitchen, full bath and queen sized bed. Cute, convenient and clean, with one shared wall between the apartment and main house. All amenities are self contained and noise is minimal. VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. From the condo balcony you can watch the boats cruise by on the bay, look for the wild horses, and see beautiful views of the ocean waves crashing onto Assateague Island. There is a Peak-a-boo view of the ocean from the front door. The boardwalk inlet and the Oceanic fishing pier are just 2 blocks. 1 block south is Sunset Park where you might enjoy events like concerts or beer tastings. Keyless entry. This property is only rented 10 to 12 weeks per year, so it is kept in tip top condition.

Identical to pictures! Beautiful rental in convenient location. The beach and boardwalk were easily walkable and having Fish Tales next door was convenient! My only suggestion would be is to bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, there are no shades on kitchen windows so it’s very bright in the early morning since it’s all connected. It helped us to get up and moving in the morning so we didn’t mind. Morgan was quick to reply to messages and a very gracious owner! We will definitely be back.

This home was perfect for our family getaway! Shawn was an excellent host! The home had great amenities and things for our family to do! We really appreciated the beach gear, chairs, wagon, pool toys and games. You can tell Shawn put a lot of thought into this home and what it has to offer to its guests. We recommend this home for sure! Beautiful home!

Was awesome we were able to get in the place early and with a ) month old that means the world as we got to OC about 3 hours before checking time. The host was super responsive and the place just felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. They later out very clear instructions for Wi-Fi, parking pass, and instructions for departures. I will absolutely be staying here again.

We had a very nice stay at Love Shack. We were visiting for a soccer tournament and Love Shack was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom had toiletries and the bed was very comfy. The road the house is on is a bit busy, but this wasn't a problem for us. There was a small issue during our stay that was not the host's fault, but she was very responsive and did what she could to address it. We would definitely stay here again!
