Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ocean Grove Beach

Martha and her husband were perfect hosts! The house is beautiful and was a perfect location to visit family for us.. She always had food in the fridge and coffee made to start our day! Being natives to Staten Island, they were very helpful in finding good places to eat and activities to do! We will definitely be back again!

Taz was extremely punctual with her communication and also understood my late arrival and very early departure. This was a great find and I will use again depending on my travel needs.

Very happy with our stay! Pictures are accurate and the space was very clean. The emenities provided were incredible. I rented this for my best friend's wedding weekend. The downstairs space was so open and bright. It was the perfect space for us to have makeup, hair, and dress all done with 6 of us in there. Definitely recommend for your Shore Weekend Stay!!

I had such a restful stay here! It is very clean and the room is not noisy at all. It's easy to find and Grace was super helpful with check in and recommendations. I like to get long walks or hikes in when I can and she was very helpful with suggestions for those. She also graciously offered coffee and breakfast items in the mornings. I completely enjoyed both my stay and meeting Grace. I hope to stay here again.

It was easy to bond with Siobhan and feel at ease at this unpretentious, comfortable stay. The bedroom has its own lock, the full-sized bed was firm, and there was a private bathroom with ample towels. Siobhan set out material about nearby Sandy Hook National Park and recommended a new Mexican restaurant well within walking distance. If you like to get a run or walk into your day, check out the trails at either Hartshorne or Huber Woods county parks. Also, the bayside Henry Hudson Trail, with views of Manhattan, is nearby. My restaurant recommendation is JUS Organic (vegetarian), one mile away in Atlantic Highlands. Though our schedules did not permit us to interact much, I was touched by Siobhan's gracious hospitality.

Great stay and host is very kind. Parking is easy, WiFi works really well. Neighborhood is quiet.

Danielle is a great host and the place is clean and beautiful. We had many good recommendations from her and our communication was excellent. The location is very good, walkable to many good restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Pineapple Paradise has our hearts!! We stayed for a pre-wedding getaway and it was perfect for what we were looking for — private, stunning views, and a drive away from the main island, beach, and shops. Rob was incredible, so responsive and gave great recommendations. Would highly recommend for families and couples!

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

The apartment was beautiful and is in an amazing location in town. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to there considering to book here. Brenda is a wonderful host - kind, helpful, professional. Avon is a lovely town and our family enjoyed walking to the local shops, eateries, and beach.

It was a great experience! Angie was so accommodating and eager to be of service. She made sure all of our needs and wants were taken care of. She kept of abreast of the happenings and provided coupons for us to shop. She even gave us beach passes and arcade cards for the teens to play at the arcade. I will definitely go back!!!

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. Wonderful place for a quick impromptu weekend trip. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast is included every morning and discount beach passes available for guests. Exactly what you would expect from a bed and breakfast.

My friend and I had an amazing time staying at Lisa’s B&B. It was my friend’s first time staying in a bed and breakfast and she loved it. I was very pleased with all the amenities such as guest fridge and microwave, outdoor showers, balconies and the multiple bathrooms per level. 11/10 Thanks again Lisa!! I will be back with more of my friends 😊
