Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. This is a large architect-designed studio apartment only 500 metres from the surf. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood but with a cafe just down the road. The heart of Byron Bay is a 25-minute drive away and Brunswick Heads only seven minutes away. The 40 sqm apartment, which looks into a garden, is air-conditioned and has a full kitchen, private bathroom and washing machine. The apartment is self contained and reached via a separate entrance. Parking is available in garage.
