Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ocean Township

The apartment is excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again. It is spacious, well equipped with all items for all occasions, and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and convenient. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10-minute easy drive from Princeton.

Home is in fantastic shape. Has everything you need for cooking to making sure you have beach chairs for the beach. Everything is walking distance. Home is spotless and provides plenty of towels and toiletries. Plan to rent next Memorial Day. Owner responds immediately and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated so cute. It easily accommodated our group of 7, and even though we had a lot of rain during our trip, the space made it easy for us to still have the best time. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute drive to the beach and close to everything. We especially loved grilling and hanging out in the backyard and pool when the weather cleared up. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, even sending us beach photos before we arrived, which made us even more excited for the trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at Ellis’s place for a weekend while attending a wedding at the Water Witch Club, and it was perfect! The location is excellent—only about 15 minutes from the venue—which made everything super convenient. The house itself had everything we could possibly need and was spotless when we arrived. Ellis was very attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

The house was extremely clean and matched the description on the website. They were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. I have already recommended their place to my family who is coming out in September to see family. 5/5 in all categories!

Great location and house. It suited our needs perfectly for Thanksgiving week with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the musical instruments, records, games, and fire pit. The home is older but full of character and charm. It has excellent Wi-Fi for remote working. The kitchen is well appointed; we cooked several meals throughout the week. Walking distance or a quick drive to many great restaurants. Communication was quick and easy.

We loved staying at Shannon's place! It is exactly what we expected from the listing and had all the things we wanted, plenty of room for sleeping, a great yard with hot tub and a location where we could walk to many things in Asbury. Would recommend for a nice getaway with friends. Shannon is a very nice, responsive and helpful host!

Jay’s stay was perfect for a stay in Long Beach. Very easily walkable to nearby restaurants/shops. Would stay again!

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Fantastic design, everything fresh and updated, and the special touches and messages helped us feel right at home. We stayed monday through saturday, and the neighborhood felt quiet and quintessentially charming. We used public transport which was readily available, once we got the hang of New Jersey's terminal (there is always someone there to help you find where bus will be, since app will not show gate). We found that google maps usually recommended bus 154 or 159 which arrive more frequently and are only an additional block away from the closest bus route which was literally just around the corner. We will definitely stay here again! Cecia was the ideal hostess.

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

Amazing. The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay with our pet and highly recommend.

Perfect space for a family reunion! Private home located in a very convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Spacious rooms - we especially loved the large kitchen table. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Very rustic feel as the lighting was a bit dark. Saw deer, humming birds and even a snapping turtle! Enjoyed walking around the pond and up the long windy driveway. Definitely would've enjoyed the pool more if the weather had cooperated but we did get to enjoy it for at least 1 day. Things to note: Loft area was comfortable, but the bedroom directly underneath can hear everything going on upstairs. It was a bit on the warmer side in the loft as the a/c did not seem to run up there - wasn't an issue for us since weather was on the cooler side. It is an older home, so some of the doors creaked. Overall - a fantastic, beautiful, serene place to stay. Jake is a very responsive host - quick to respond to questions. Would definitely look to rent this place again in the future.
