Townhouse holiday rentals in Ocean View

We had a great time for a girl's weekend and will return. The house was spacious and close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor patio on the third floor to relax. It's a comfortable home, tucked away in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood but close to everything you need. Very enjoyable!

We loved our stay in Dewey Beach, the home was a great location near the beach and great shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and more to make our stay feel right at home. We'll definitely stay here again when in Dewey!

We loved our stay at Karen’s place! Incredible view from the top floor, and a great deck to eat meals on. We could hear lots of birds and feel the breeze from the ocean. Private beach access was directly in front of the house. As others have noted, you might need to make a trip to the grocery store for some basic items, but there are a few close by which have everything. It was a perfect peaceful stay.

Nancy’s place was wonderful for our family of four. The location was perfect, the apartment itself was very charming and spacious, and all of the included amenities made it very convenient. We particularly loved the screened in porch as well as the two awesome coffee shops within a few minutes walk. We can’t wait to come back.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

This home was perfect for us. The layout was unique . Cannot say enough good things about it. From Finn aiding us to how area was kept pristine. Would love to come here again .

Christie was incredibly helpful and nice! I booked her home super last min and I was able to get right in. Big plus was having many channels on the tv for the evenings (those who book beach spots know many places have some random package) she had network TV (great for my niece!) A gem of a location as well! Would 100% return.

Best place for get away! Excellent location that’s within five minutes to everything (beach, boardwalk, plenty of dining and entertainment options, shops …) but so private and quiet with stunning views with tons of space. The kayak launching dock is only 200 feet away and the water is only 1-4 feet deep for the most part - my family loves it! The view and amenities from all three floors of the townhouse are all great. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and seasonings. With each bedroom having its own private bath, it is perfect for a get away. Host also communicates very well and very responsive. Only positive things to say and will surely come back again…

The house was beautiful and in a great location! It was wonderful with young families to be able to walk to the pool and the neighborhood was very nice. Close to shops and restaurants, and overall a very comfortable home.

We just got back from the most magical stay at Coastal Crush to celebrate my birthday and the end of the school year — and we’re already dreaming of coming back! From the moment we arrived, Julia made us feel right at home with her thoughtful touches and beautifully curated space. The living space felt fresh out of a magazine but still warm and cozy, and the kitchen and bar area were so well-stocked and perfect for both easy mornings and cocktail hours on the rooftop deck. The kids were obsessed with the bunk room, and we loved the serene bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms. The outdoor shower and covered back made rinsing off a breeze, and we loved having all the gear provided by Julia tucked away neatly for our use. The location was ideal — close to everything, but quiet enough to fully unwind. Julia thought of everything and was such a kind, responsive host. Thank you, Julia and Coastal Crush, for creating the perfect backdrop for our summer kick-off. We’ll absolutely be back!

Cannot beat this location. The beach is your backyard. Stunning views, beach access, and lots of deck space. Great communication and everything went smoothly.

Stephanie was a wonderful host. She was always responsive, kind and very welcoming. We definitely enjoyed her beach house because it was clean, organized and well taken care of. I will reach out again whenever we are staying in Ocean City to book a reservation!

We had a great vacation in this beautiful spacious home! The layout worked well for our family. The house was very clean. Eric responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. Check-in process was easy. Location is perfect, close to everything but area is really quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

For the 3r that we've been to Karen's condo, we are extremely satisfied and happy with our stay! She goes above and beyond expectations! I would give every question a 10 if I could instead of a 5. We had someone new with us and she thought everything was amazing! We are already looking forward to next year! I'm sorry for not posting sooner. I wrote a review and forgot to send it. A big thank you to Karen again!

Staying at Bridget’s house was wonderful! She was super responsive if we needed anything. It was a very quiet and peaceful area, walking distance from the small town of restaurants and shops. I would definitely come back

This place is excellent! Norberto is a great host. Answered every question in a timely fashion. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Is pretty much close to many restaurants and entertainment. Area is very quiet and peaceful.

Michael's place was perfect for staying the weekend for a family wedding. Michael was very communicative and helpful. All three couples got their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were really comfortable. The surroundings were lovely.

We had so much fun in Bethany Beach. This home is located close/walkable to the beaches, boardwalk and local restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean and welcoming.

Kristy was very nice and was quick and responsive to my messages leading up to our stay. The airbnb was so close to the water with basically direct access to the beach. The area was safe and walkable. It exceeded my expectations, especially for the reasonable price for such a nice area in this busy time of summer. 100% would stay again.

We rented this space really just to lay our heads, so we didn't get to actually spend a lot of time using/enjoying everything. However, I have to say this was the absolute most organized Airbnb I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at quite a few). It was super clean and had everything you would need - even had to go coffee cups which was awesome since we had to be out and about pretty early. I would for sure recommend this space for anyone needing a place in DE. Thanks for hosting us!

Our stay at Donna’s home was a 10/10! When I say this home was move-in ready, I truly mean it! From the convenient clothing steamer to the fully stocked spice drawer and everything in between (steam shower, blow dryers in each bathroom, boardgames, toiletries, top of the line espresso machine, cookware…) I could go on and on! The outdoor deck was our favorite place to hang out and was furnished with a comfy couch, bench, table, chairs and huge umbrella for shade! Location is perfect - equally peaceful & conveniently located in the middle of all the action! The bedrooms were well-sized and we never felt cramped with 6 adults. Communication with Donna was also wonderful - the place was ready an hour early & she responded quickly to any inquiries before and during the weekend. We loved our stay and will return again & again! Thank you, Donna!
