Amazing experience. This was the very best Airbnb I have ever stayed. Felt at home. Absolutely above and beyond my dreams Anything and everything you would need from your home, they have. I didn't need to go out and purchase 1 item. The kitchen was completely stocked with all pots, pans, and more. The kindest host. Thank you for the most amazing and 1st Grandkids vacation. Beautiful home within walking distance to everything you need, especially the beach and restaurants. Clean home with cozy feel. My son never wanted to leave the beautiful pool at the property. Would recommended to families!!

This was an awesome location and the pics doesn't do it justice. Steps to the beach with plenty of food options in the area. The split floors are perfect for family/group trip, especially with children.

The house as advertised! Clean and very supplied. The beach was small and the area does not have much options to eat. Neighborhood was ok.

We stayed here a week ago and are still talking bout the awesome time we had. Beautiful home, easy walk to the beach and shops. Hosts were extremely nice, friendly, helpful and communicative. Would love to stay there again and are referring anyone who asks for a wonderful quiet getaway to this place. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Douglas was kind and the street the house is on is quiet. 7 min walk to the beach, easy to get to. Surrounding businesses (walking distance) are closed up completely. Playground and the Pier were also fenced off and closed - not in the owners control, so not blaming them. House was great, hosts were great, but if you're looking for a beach town vibe/we want to walk to where we need to be, this is not the area you are looking for.

Great location close to the beach and lots of things to do. Also quiet and walkable. The room is cozy and the view is amazing. We would absolutely stay again!

Check in was super easy, the AC was on when we arrived which was great after a long Uber. The pool felt nice and the whole backyard area was fantastic. We ended up using the bikes a lot more than we thought which was a lot of fun. It's a quick bike ride to the boardwalk and walking didn't take too much longer. Bradley was very quick to respond whenever I had a question about anything. If we come back to Virginia Beach we will definitely be checking the availability of this house!

Nate was very responsive from booking , all the way through our stay. He was very flexible due to our circumstances and juggling vacation with 2 young children and 2 labradors. I would recommend this home to anyone with a family or pets as it offers the interior space that cape Charles historic homes lack while maintaining the same proximity to the town’s attractions.

Mark is a great host. The house is immaculate. Every little detail is perfect. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever rented. Mark made sure everything was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy.

The Pool House was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming! Denise had thoughtful touches like snacks, water, and coffee ready for us when we arrived. Both she and her sweet dog Murphy made us feel right at home. We were also able to check in when we arrived in Sandbridge a little early. The Pool House was ready and waiting. We were in town for a wedding, and when a last-minute issue came up with the newlyweds’ accommodations, Denise was incredibly gracious and allowed us to turn the Pool House over to them. It ended up being the perfect space for the couple to relax for a couple of days before leaving on their honeymoon. The couple and their parents were very grateful for Denise’s kindness and willingness to help. The stress of not having a place to stay on their wedding night melted away. I would absolutely recommend staying here — Denise is a wonderful host, and Murphy is a joy! God bless you, Denise.

This rental property was the ideal spot for our family reunion of 16, ages 8 to 78. This was one of the most well-equipped properties we have stayed at. We have stayed at several rental properties in Sandbridge Beach, VA in previous years, and this is our favorite. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, creamers, paper towels, toilet paper, regular and beach towels, etc.) The kids loved the game room and outdoor pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong room. Two big dining tables easily accommodated our group size (8 adults at one and 8 kids at the other). The beds and pillows were all comfortable. Amy, the Operations Manager, was most helpful and very responsive to any of our questions. We plan to return to this property sometime in the future. Definitely a 5-star experience for everyone in our family.

Tiffany’s place was the perfect stay for our family! There was a glider/rocking chair in the bunk room that really came in handy for our little ones. The location was perfect - at the end of a cul de sac - and everything was just as it was advertised. Tiffany was extremely helpful and responsive. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this rental!

This house was perfect for our family of six. Our sons are all tall and this house had plenty of space and beds for everyone. The kitchen was great--I did a lot of cooking and everything was provided that I needed--like pots, pans, serving dishes and the like. plenty of grocery stores nearby too. The beach was two blocks away and clean. We had an issue with the freezer/fridge and they were quick to get it fixed the same day--we were so thankful! This place was really great and we would highly recommend staying here.

The house was clean and felt like home. The hostess was great to deal with and very responsive. We had an excellent experience staying hear.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is roomy and accommodated our group wonderfully with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is huge and there are two refrigerators. I was able to bake and decorate the cakes/cupcakes for my son's wedding with no problems. Dahlia responded promptly when we discovered a broken kitchen faucet and she had a repairman come as soon as he could.

House is just what we wanted and our group of 3 adults had a great time. The kitchen appears to be recently updated and is in very nice shape. We were out all day, but when we returned at night, the TVs were well setup for easy use, the beds were comfortable and we slept well. There’s a nice backyard area where I had coffee in the morning since the weather was nice. As we drove in, I realized the house backs up closer to a highway than I expected, which concerned me. But there is a tall sound barrier and I didn’t hear the traffic at all. It was quiet and pleasant. If I am ever in Norfolk again, I will be happy stay here again.

The Coastal Cottage was a great place for us to all meet while visiting my youngest for Family Day in the Navy. The location and accommodations were great and proximity to walk to the beach every day was wonderful. Lindsey was extremely attentive to anything we needed and the home provide exactly what is described in the Airbnb description. The sound machines were great in the bedrooms and the coffee was so nice in the mornings! Thank you for making our stay so easy and relaxing for our family!

Beautiful home close to the beach with walkable restaurants/ coffee shops/ brewery/ farmers market/ Chesapeake bay. We particularly preferred the bay for calmer waters as we have young children. Beautiful spacious home. Huge fenced in yard. Convenient side spigot for rinsing fear post beach. Helpful responsive hosts. Thanks for having us!!

We had a fantastic stay at Fran’s home! The house was huge, beautifully decorated, and spotless—perfect for our family. It was a pretty easy walk to the beach, just a quick crossing over a busier road. We have three little kids and managed just fine. The space had everything we needed, and being pet-friendly was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and stylish beach getaway!

Justin was an amazing host! He was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout our entire stay, which made everything so smooth and easy. The home itself was absolutely beautiful ! clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was literally right in front of the beach. Just a quick walk and you’re on the sand! 🌊🏖️ The area was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe perfect for a relaxing family getaway.
