Property is close to the bay (2.5 miles) and is on a 0.6 acre lot with dozens of old, mature trees. There is a patio/sitting area among the trees that creates a peaceful getaway. The unit is spacious, with a queen bed, large TV and sitting area, and a desk/workspace that looks out at the trees. Kitchen is full sized. Bathroom is also full sized with a beautiful tiled shower. It feels like a peaceful oasis you will not want to leave, but when you do...you'll end up in another paradise by the bay!

The Cozy Beach House

We keep it simple here in this small, cozy, clean, and charming, home. House is great for 1 or 2 maybe 3 people. A 10 minute walk, to a public access, that takes you straight to the beach. Golf cart available for use . There are a few public parking spaces. 10 minutes to Norfolk International Airport. The Oceanview Pier is a great place to fish and have dinner and is only 3 miles away. Come and enjoy! There is also a NEW CASINO only 20 minutes away.

This recently remodeled home build in 1933 and located on the Chesapeake Bay is a perfect place to vacation. Direct private beach access with a beautiful salt water pool to enjoy. Around the pool there is plenty of space for games, grilling, and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided so you can settle in easily and enjoy the bay.
