Expectations from the house corresponded to reality. There is a refrigerator, microwave, all necessary utensils. The bed is comfortable and the bed is clean. There is beautiful nature around and a beautiful view of the lake. The house was super cozy and clean. The hostess is hospitable, helpful and friendly. She was always there to help. There is a road nearby, so if the noise from the cars is disturbing, then bring earplugs. Stray dogs may be disturbed, so buy animal food and bring a special dog ultrasonic repeller. Many landmarks are close. You can walk to the caves. You can buy groceries in Nikortzminda, there are many shops with a good selection of goods.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

It was a wonderful stay, we enjoyed every second of it. It not only met our expectations but even exceeded them. The room was super cozy, and the environment around just magnificient. If you are fan of peace, quiet and calm I truly recommend choosing Davit. We had amazing breakfast, dinner and even a traditional wine degustation. The place was close to Batumi but also secluded enough in the mountains to wake up to a wonderful view right from the your bed, which was very tidy and the place was definitely cleaned very well. We also found more amenities than we expected which was pleasant surprise! Although we arrived late at night we were greeted by the host and helped to cottage where we felt right at home, the land is really beautiful and it was a treat to stay there and experience some of the activities in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay it was a fantastic place with a great view and had privacy, and space around it. We Felt like we were at home , with a comfortable sofa that pulls out, and a very comfortable bed. Floor heating when needed. Spacious bathroom. Giorgi made us feel right at home was very helpful carrying our luggage to the house . His father took us on private day trips to all the best areas for hiking and helped us with shopping. The private day trips were much cheaper in price doing it with Giorgi father then doing it with a company in town . I highly recommend Giorgi place ten out of ten, it’s the best place we have stayed at in Georgia and will be back

Such a romantic place to stay with your partner. We enjoy the view and super cleanliness. Ninos parents were awesome and welcome. It wasn’t hard to find like some other Airbnb I stayed. I don’t want to be that kinda person who like to complain for a small issues but only thing I’d suggest for ninos paradise is to have a solid curtain in the bedroom because I’m very sensitive with light. So people like me may point that out but other than that me and my wife absolutely loved ninos hut.

the place was good walk 10 minutes to the sea , the view was amazing and the man catched us from the bus station , checked in early 1 hour and give us free bottle of red wine good quality , but the place need some clean specially the toilet and the doors need some maintenance and the house door don't lock with a keys , they didn't answer easily but totally the place was good and worth and the view was amazing , recommend it 😊👍

If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!
