Holiday rentals with beach access in Ocho Rios

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Tides. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. The atmosphere was very peaceful making it the perfect place to unwind, but it was also ideally located just minutes from the town and all the beaches and nightlife. Rachelle and Simon were fantastic hosts - welcoming and attentive. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to the best attractions in the area, its the perfect place to stay...highly recommend and I'll be back!

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend as a host and the views from this property are amazing! Thank you again Tony for being so helpful and responsive during our stay!!

This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

Anthony was exceptionally respectful, polite, helpful and responsive! OMG… I was blown away by the panoramic view of the ocean from the patio. Great spot to meditate amidst the soft splashes of the ocean. Another lovely feature was the closeness of the private beach with lots of musical tunes from the Caribbean. I shall return Anthony!!! Additionally, the unit was spacious with lovely paintings and natural plants.

Loved staying here! It was very comfortable and an enjoyable stay.

Sharona’s place was amazing. Sharona was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was neat and clean and the pictures described her place to the tee. Sharona was very hospitable and welcoming. She was amazingly responsive even when I miss communicated names of my guest. She helped me with adding their names to the list so that they could visit me. I absolutely had an amazing time at Sharona home. Again, thank you Sharona for being so welcoming and hospitable. YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK!!!!

5 Stars – A Fantastic Stay at Areca Homes in Discovery Bay! We had an amazing stay at Areca Homes in St. Ann, Discovery Bay! From the moment we arrived, our host Stacy-Ann made us feel welcome and cared for. She was absolutely lovely attentive, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. She even brought us fresh mangoes, which were a delicious treat, and made sure we quickly received batteries for the AC when needed. One of the best parts of our stay was the free access to Puerto Seco Beach, just a short distance away. The beach was stunning clean, relaxing, and perfect for a day in the sun. And the drinks? Wow! Strong, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Areca Homes was the perfect home base for our getaway comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Discovery Bay.

I was hesitant about renting An AIRBNB, Robert's place was Cozy Clean,and the location was excellent. He was always responsive and communicates whenever you need him.I highly recommend staying at his AIRBNB to anyone who's looking for some peace and relaxation.. I definitely will stay at his place. I stayed at Kameka’s place for 2 nights & it was great. Easy & fast check-in, 24hr security, clean property, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend her place & will be back!

It was a pleasure for us to meet Antionette, she was such a welcoming wonderful host. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Beautiful and peaceful just what we were looking for. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. Any time we called she was ready to assist us. We had VIP access the beach which we loved. Hubby and I had an awesome time there. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

I had a great stay. It was a last minute check in. It was late in the night but Joanne responded quickly and made everything smooth to check in even though it was 8:30 at night. The house was ready for us to check in with no trouble. It was easy to locate. Great communication with Joanne. I would definitely stay there again. The house was clean, peaceful. Kayon's place was absolutely beautiful. The area was very peaceful and the views were absolutely beautiful. The home itself was very nice. Everything was very clean and kayon was a wonderful host. She responds very fast and is super helpful. The overall stay was amazing I would definitely book again.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely love this place. The area was extremely safe especially for the fact that I’m a 5:00am walker. Walking distance to everything including the beach and food. Hot water and air conditioning was two most important things to me. Didn’t disappoint. The view was just beautiful and the area was clean. Blessings

I was so happy with my stay, it was not the first time I stayed at SandCastle, but my stay with Kimberly was amazing! The studio was super functional and surprisingly spacious. Really great location, I was able to walk to entertainment and shops, as well as grocery stores. There are also lots of taxi's in the area if you need a ride. I appreciate that everything was as described so there were no unhappy surprises. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my second visit to Carib but the first time staying in Vanessa's apartment. It was truly a home from home. She was able to accommodate us at short notice and to that we were very grateful. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you would expect from an Airbnb. The beach is lovely with plenty watersports and catermeran cruises to choose from. It is walkable from Ochi Town centre. There are many local restaurants to choose from within a 5 - 10 mins walk if you don't feel like cooking. Thanks again for accommodating us.
