Very clean mobile home on the Oconto River, with direct access to UTV/ATV Dusty Trail System and fishing out the front door. 2 bedroom 1 Bath. Cozy furnished living room and kitchen that is stocked with all cooking utensils needed for cooking and a great view of the river, large screen porch for dining or just relaxing, gas grill , coffee maker , TV. The Sasquatch hideaway offers you direct access to the ATV trail, a 600ft walk to the crystal clear waters of Paya lake. New for 2025 is a Wood fired barrel sauna for to decompress. The main offers a queen sized bed and the guest room offers a Full/Twin Loft bed, as well as a twin Murphy bed. There is also a massive sectional couch as a sleeping option.

This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. I'll send youtube link upon request. House is 3 miles south of Menominee casino and 3 miles north of downtown. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.

Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

Enjoy some time away in the north woods! Cozy cottage on Chute Pond to enjoy some swimming and water fun! ATV/snowmobile trails right out driveway. Pontoon available for rent with cabin. (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.

Lake front cabin located on quiet, full rec, 80 acre Ucil Lake! 2 bedrooms on main level, 1 in walkout basement plus sleeping area in the loft sleeps a total of 12 adults. Located just 45 minutes from Lambeau Field, 20 minutes from Crivitz! Cabin is on ATV route and there is also access to snowmobile trails! Ucil lake also offers great fishing year round. There is a dock for your use if you bring your boat or you can just simply sit on the dock and listen to the loons.
