At dawn and sunset, anytime you can visit to the shore. No limit, no wall, only the Horizon and the Sky. Inside this house is fully renovated for comfortable staying. 施設名称【うちのじっか】 この家は、両親が30年間民宿を営んでいた私の実家です。 両親は民宿を廃業した後にリフォームをし、一生ここに住むつもりでいましたが、運転免許証を返納してからは、買い物1つとっても不便になり、駅前に引っ越しをしました。(両親は今も元気でいます) 空き家になってしまった実家を皆さまの「じっか」として、和みの場、癒しの場、学びの場、笑いの場として活用していただいています。 ご家族やご友人とのご旅行はもちろん、ホワイトボードや会議用のテーブル・椅子もあるので、少人数セミナーやワークショップなどにもご利用いただけます。 第二の実家としてくつろいでいただけたら嬉しいです。 「伊東に『うちのじっか』があるから行こうよ！」ってお友達誘うと、なんかちょっとややこしくなって面白いと思います！ お風呂は１人で入れる掛け流しの天然温泉。24時間入浴可。 海まで徒歩3分。水着のまま歩いて行けます。 キッチンには調理道具一式がそろっております。(調味料等はありません) 駐車場詰め込み式4台可 保健所の指導により、建物内外に防犯カメラを設置してあります。ご了承下さい。

Cozy and country-style old house, for enjoying and experience Japanese local life. Natural lemon trees is grown on the garden, you can make some lemonade with it(Jan.to Mar.). Whole of this house is for your group only, no need to share with another groups. Car parking area is wide enough for 3 cars at once. Yugawara town has a beach with sand shores & many Hot Springs. Ask me anything you want to try. Within 10min walking, Convenience Store and Supermarket are available.
