If you like to be out in nature, cross-country skiing, picking berries/mushrooms, hanging out on the beach, or just getting away from the city pulse, this accommodation at Brännäset is something for you! Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. Guests have the entire house at their disposal. The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Charmig stuga med magisk utsikt över Örnsköldsviks havsinlopp. På altanen har du sol större delen av dagen där kan du njuta av solnedgångarna. Bredvid altanen finns kolgrill att nyttja. Inne i stugan har du två sovrum & en mindre toalett. Ett fullt utrustat kök finns att tillgå&i allrummet finns 2 soffor& tv. Från sofforna kan man få en glimt av utsikten. Finns en studsmatta på tomten som får användas på egen risk. Vid några tillfällen kan grannens barnbarn vara där&hoppa, vi informerar innan!

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Ungefär halva ytan utgörs av en stor säng med plats för två vuxna och 2-barn. El är indraget, ett litet element ger värme långt in på hösten. Proximity to Högakustenleden/Skuleberget, sea and lake swimming, Höga Kusten boats to Ulvön/Trysunda, Kustladan and Fäberget, etc. • E4/Bicycle and walking path runs just below the cottage, which stretches all the way to Skuleberget. • 5 km to bus station and grocery store (Coop) in Ullånger. • Close to sea fishing.

Cabin with kitchenette, fridge, toilet with shower and wood-fired sauna. If you want to use the sauna, there is a fee of SEK 50/€5. Private terrace overlooking the lake. 7 km to IKEA shopping center.
