Newly built, delicious summerhouse with 3 staggered levels of a total of 67 sqm, which is unique, with lots of chic details and delicious decor built in the year 2020. The house has sea views from living room, kitchen and terrace, while at the same time the garden is completely private and enclosed. There is also a carport and private parking for 3 cars. The house is located in the 2nd row elevated above the other houses and with a 180 degrees sea view. It is 10 meters to the water's edge where boats can also be put in the water.

There is only 100 meters to the water, a fantastic outdoor area, outdoor shower, parking right by the house and a charger for electric car. Haven er privat og med direkte adgang til Odense Å, som kan opleves fra egen kano eller stand up padle-board. Accommodates 4 guests! Here with us, in our annex, overlooking the monastic fjord, is ideal for vacation, where you will explore Funen. We are located close to Kerteminde, 15 minutes to Odense, Funen's head and Nyborg. All in all very central. In there, we have Lindø in the city, so if you need accommodation in this regard, this is also obvious.
